From bulk hauler to authorized dealer

Nhu Tin Corporation was founded in 2010 and started in bulk haulage. We later added a biomass fuel business, supplying cashew nut shell residue to industrial boilers with a dedicated fleet delivering to the plants.

Years of running trucks taught us that the most time-consuming part of a bulk trip is usually not the road but the yard: waiting for a loader, for a raking crew, for enough room to tip. A moving floor solves exactly that, which is why Nhu Tin became the authorized dealer of HALLCO Industries, Inc. in Vietnam.

How an authorized dealer differs from a reseller

How an installation with Nhu Tin works

Four steps, from the first phone call to the first trip on the new floor.

  1. 01

    Site survey

    We inspect the chassis, the box dimensions and the tractor's hydraulic supply, and ask about your cargo and load per trip.

  2. 02

    Proposal and quote

    We select the right drive and slat profile, then send a quote together with an installation schedule.

  3. 03

    Installation

    Fitted to HALLCO® procedures, including the factory-approved high-pressure filter, before the truck goes back on the road.

  4. 04

    Handover and warranty

    We train your driver on operation and maintenance and file the warranty registration with the factory within 10 days.
