W Floor™ and the BRUTE™ drive
A moving floor built for waste trucks. Leachate from wet waste stays in the box instead of dripping all along the road.
Leak-tight across the full length and width
With the W Floor, HALLCO makes the subdeck part of the floor system and lays the load-bearing aluminium slats on top. The result is a leak-tight floor across the entire length and width of the trailer that holds liquids in, which is common when hauling household waste.

BRUTE™: the front-mounted drive
The W Floor is designed to work with the 8000 series, called BRUTE. Its three-cylinder hydraulic unit sits at the front of the box and connects to the slats under a sloped, hinged cover that opens for inspection. The trailer only needs a small modification around the front kingpin area.
According to HALLCO, mounting it at the front gives you:
- Hydraulics mounted high, away from road salt and dirt
- Drive weight moved towards the tractor, for more payload
- No parts or hydraulic hoses under the trailer
- Faster installation
- Front access for service, repair or replacement

When to choose a different floor
Not every truck carrying damp cargo needs a fully sealed floor.
- CompostHALLCO recommends the i-4000 with NLR slats to resist leaks.
- Recyclablesi-4000 with NLR-HD slats, which hold a small amount of liquid.
- Scrapi-4000 with Tufdeck, which also holds a small amount of liquid.
- Dry wastei-4000 or i-6000 with Triple Ridge, depending on payload.
